Where we deliver

We currently deliver to 26 European countries through national and regional carriers. Availability for a specific country is always confirmed on the offer page before you order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free unless stated otherwise on the offer page. Any delivery cost is always shown clearly before you confirm your order — no surprises at the door.

Cash on delivery

In selected countries we offer cash on delivery: you pay the courier directly when the parcel arrives. Where available, this option is indicated on the offer page. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier where possible.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually leave a notice and retry, or hold the parcel at a local pick-up point. If your parcel seems delayed, contact us with your order reference and we’ll chase it for you.

Damaged parcels

If the packaging is visibly damaged on arrival, note it with the courier if you can, and contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund without unnecessary back-and-forth.
