14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@chameleontechnologypartners.com with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

How to return a product

Return costs

Unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return or arrange collection.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. A reduction of the refund may apply only if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

Defective products & legal warranty

Every product is covered by the EU legal warranty of conformity. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us — we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law, at no cost to you. Photos or a short video of the issue help us resolve the case faster.

Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are made by bank transfer — we’ll ask for your IBAN when confirming the return.
